Oil City police are searching for an Oil City woman wanted for fraud.

Kimberly Chapman-Burr, 26, is wanted on a warrant for access device fraud, police said.
Police said that between Nov. 3 and Dec. 20, Chapman-Burr obtained credit and or debit card information from an Oil City resident. Chapman-Burr then used the information to fund a Securus phone account for an inmate at the Venango County jail, according to police.
Chapman-Burr has been charged with one misdemeanor count of conspiracy/theft by unlawful taking of movable property and 29 misdemeanor counts of access device used to obtain property and/or service, according to court documents.
Police are asking that anyone with information on Chapman-Burr’s whereabouts to contact them at (814) 678-3080.
