Oil City police are seeking information on the whereabouts of Jeremy Troup, 35, of Franklin.
Police said a warrant had been issued for Troup after an investigation into incidents involving Troup stalking and harassing a known female in the Venango County area.
An online court docket says Oil City police have filed a felony charge of promoting prostitution and misdemeanor charges of stalking and harassment against Troup with district judge Matthew Kirtland.
Anyone with information on Troup’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 678-3080.
